Maybe y’all could review static site/blog generators such as Jekyll or Hugo. One of these for hamish campbell dot com would be less opaque, less subject to random crashing (see the gitea issues) and the resultant guesswork crash analysis.
Lots of people use WP and won’t to try the activertypub plugin after upgrading php. We are triling a static site codebase for the village/street based indymedia reboot 🙂
